Please make your reservation directly with the hotel as soon as possible by mail (200 Ponte Vedra Blvd., Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 32082) or by fax (904-285-2111) and identify yourself as a member of the Association.  You may click here to obtain a copy of the hotel reservation form. Our special negotiated rate is guaranteed until September 1, 2008.  In case you must cancel your reservation, your deposit will be refunded provided you contact the hotel three (3) days before your planned arrival.  Otherwise, forfeiture of the deposit will occur.
